Flat Rate Shipping

To keep shipping costs simple and affordable, we offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. We work with multiple carriers and select the option that offers the best available rate at the time of shipment.

Local Pickup/Meetup

For customers who prefer to save on shipping costs, we also offer a local pickup option. Choosing local pickup allows you to avoid shipping fees and may make it easier to order additional products. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is placed.

To maintain fair pricing and consistent quality for all customers, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive a defective item or experience an issue with your order, please contact us. We are happy to review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

We have not had any customers who were unsatisfied or requested a refund.
